At Bare*ly, we’re driven to change the we enjoy plant-based milks for both people and the planet.

After discovering most plant milks are made of over 90% water, and come packed in a carton that rarely gets recycled in Australia, we found ourselves rethinking the way we consume these milks entirely. Because why should milk contain 90% water and therefore rely on packaging that harms the environment?

Our conclusion - it shouldn’t.

From there, Bare*ly Mylk was born. Emerging from the Monash Fastrack program, speaking with as many plant-milk drinkers as possible, and spending maybe a little too long staring at alternative milks, we’ve created a product that removes the water, making plant milk lighter to transport and eliminating long life cartons entirely . By offering a powder, we’re making plant milk barely packaged.

Meeting as three University students (and plant mylk enjoyers) we’re determined to tackle this issue with the support of our awesome community. Bare*ly is our chance to make a sustainable impact for all those on the journey with us .

Now we work hard to bring this vision to life, to ensure the mylk we drink is made from what makes life good.
